About the role
- Develop, implement and continuously optimize online marketing initiatives
- Plan, manage and further develop cross-channel digital campaigns
- Derive and implement data-driven measures to increase leads and revenue
- Work closely and coordinate with sales and graphic/design teams
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or a degree in marketing, communications, media, business administration, or a related field
- Solid, hands-on experience in online marketing
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing and digital marketing channels
- Confident use of analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Basic understanding of SEO, User Experience (UX) and conversion optimization
- Very good German and good written and spoken English
