- Support for end-to-end order processing: quotation preparation, procurement, invoicing
- Provide advice on process-related questions concerning order fulfillment
- Point of contact for supplier communication and complaints
- Maintain and update customer and order data in the CRM and ERP system SAP S/4HANA

Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training
- Experience in customer-facing roles
- Strong interest in IT or an IT background

- Structured, analytical and independent working style
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
