About the role
- Professionally receive incoming software and hardware incident reports in an enterprise customer environment
- Process incidents in the ticketing system: prioritization, classification and documentation
- Perform troubleshooting and initiate corrective actions
- Provide first-line assistance and solutions via remote support
- Escalate incidents to downstream teams or specialized units as needed
Requirements
- Strong interest in IT, with good communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent German language skills, spoken and written; English skills are an advantage
- Confident use of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365
- Nice to have: completed vocational training in the IT field or prior experience in IT support
