About the role
- You take full ownership of our existing customers and develop the relationship for the long term
- Monitor SLAs and KPIs for our customers
- You support customers in using our solutions and services so they deliver real value in their day-to-day operations
- You strategically grow existing accounts and generate new revenue opportunities through cross-selling and upselling
- You conduct regular business reviews, set shared goals and drive their implementation
- You bring customer insights into the teams to support continuous improvement of our offerings
- You identify challenges early and find pragmatic solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- You have proven experience in direct customer-facing roles — ideally in Account Management or Customer Success Management
- You can convey complex information clearly and empathetically and build trust-based, equal-footing dialogues
- You organize yourself efficiently, think in a structured way, and have a clear sense of priorities
- You quickly understand what matters to customers and find ways to support their objectives
- You are confident using CRM systems, familiar with Office365 tools, open to new technologies, and ideally hold a certification in Customer Success Management
