About the role
- Overall responsibility for leading, operating and developing the team with a focus on quotation & order management, invoicing, procurement, claims management and logistics
- Responsibility for maintaining and further developing the contract database
- Optimization of inside sales processes
- Forecasting and reporting to executive management
- Support with tenders and bids
- Support during customer and supplier audits
- Close coordination with executive management, Sales, Marketing and Account Management
- Responsibility for end-to-end process quality within SAP S/4HANA
Requirements
- Degree in business administration or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in inside sales
- Strong IT skills — especially MS Office and SAP S/4HANA
- Solid commercial understanding with a good feel for the industry’s products and services
- Quality awareness and a strong customer- and service-orientation
- Structured, analytical and independent working style
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Confident and persuasive demeanor
- Excellent German and English language skills, written and spoken
