About the role
- Support of exciting projects in medium to large, partly international customer environments
- Configuration, monitoring and optimization of IT systems
- Ensuring smooth operations including troubleshooting
- Documentation of performed services
- Independent patch and change management
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in (Business) Computer Science or vocational training in an IT-related field
- Many years of experience operating virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V and VMware
- Solid knowledge in administering servers in highly available environments with Windows and Linux (RHEL)
- Experience with SAN environments (Storage Area Networking)
- Basic knowledge of datacenter network administration, particularly with Cisco technologies
- Initial experience with security technologies such as Cisco or other cybersecurity solutions is desirable
- Structured and solution-oriented working style
- Strong customer- and service-orientation
- Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
