About the role
- You are the first point of contact for issues with e-forms and provide our customers with prompt, competent support
- You document and classify tickets in the ticketing system
- You handle and administer inquiries in the Service Portal (Mon–Sat, between 7:00 and 19:00), up to 5 days a week and 8 hours per day
- You skillfully escalate tickets to downstream support units
- You manage and monitor tickets in accordance with our Service Level Agreements
Requirements
- You demonstrate a customer-friendly and service-oriented work style
- You have a quick comprehension and work in a structured way
- Your key strengths include very good communication skills and clear expression
- It is an advantage if you already have some professional experience in an IT environment
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, complete your profile
- You speak very good German (C2) and can communicate well in English (B2)
