About the role

  • You are the first point of contact for issues related to e-forms and provide our customers with fast, competent assistance
  • You document and classify tickets in the ticketing system
  • You manage and administer inquiries in the Service Portal (Mon–Sat, between 7 AM and 7 PM), up to 5 days a week and 8 hours per day
  • You expertly escalate tickets to downstream support units
  • You control and monitor tickets according to our Service Level Agreements

Requirements

  • You are characterized by a customer-friendly and service-oriented working style
  • You have a quick grasp and a structured approach to work
  • Excellent communication skills and a good command of language are among your key strengths
  • It is an advantage if you have already gained some professional experience in an IT environment
  • Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile
  • You speak very good German (C2) and can communicate well in English (B2)
