About the role
- You are the first point of contact for requests involving e-forms and provide quick, competent assistance to our customers
- You document and classify tickets in the ticketing system
- You manage and administer inquiries in the ticketing system and its webshop
- You skillfully escalate tickets to downstream support units
- You control and monitor tickets in accordance with our Service Level Agreements
Requirements

- Your strengths include excellent communication skills and a strong command of expression
- It is an advantage if you have already gained initial professional experience in an IT environment
- Very good German (C1) and good English (B2) skills, both written and spoken, round off your profile
