About the role

  • You are the central point of contact and advisor for all matters concerning selected customers
  • You take full responsibility for these customer engagements and for service delivery across all DATAGROUP departments
  • Ensuring compliance with SLAs is also part of your responsibilities
  • You are also responsible for customer billing of contractual services and cost control
  • Your passion is the continuous optimization of delivery processes
  • As a sales-oriented personality, you develop customer relationships further and drive strategic expansion

Requirements

  • Successfully completed technical or business degree (e.g., Business Informatics, Technical Business Administration, Economics) or equivalent vocational training, plus solid IT knowledge
  • A good sense for trends and innovations in the IT environment
  • Several years of professional experience in managing customers and teams from service delivery units
  • Good knowledge of IT Service Management according to ITIL
  • Strong communication skills and a confident presence at IT decision-maker level
  • Ability to take responsibility and assertiveness at management level with the customer
  • Customer-friendly and service-oriented working style
  • High social competence as well as teamwork and assertiveness skills
  • Reliable, structured working style and strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
