About the role

  • After a comprehensive onboarding period, you will be responsible for ensuring system availability for our customers
  • Analyze and resolve operational incidents via the ticketing system
  • Administration of server infrastructures (servers, network, backup, firewall, Microsoft SQL Server databases, virtualized environments)
  • Communication and coordination of technical tasks with the customers' IT contacts
  • Creation of operational documentation in our ITSM tool
  • Proactively incorporate technological innovations and insights

Requirements

  • Successfully completed IT apprenticeship or equivalent professional experience (e.g., IT Specialist – System Integration)
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft product suite such as Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, DNS, DFS
  • Basic knowledge in areas such as Microsoft clustering and VMware
  • Enjoyment of automating and optimizing operational processes
  • Fluent German (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a solution- and customer-oriented working style
