About the role
- Your responsibilities include handling administrative, personnel-related tasks from onboarding to offboarding, such as preparing employment contract documents and certificates
- You are responsible for performing all preparatory activities for the monthly payroll for a defined group of employees in SAP HCM and maintain close cooperation with our external payroll service
- You are the first point of contact for employees on questions regarding labor law, social security and tax law
- Managing time tracking (including time corrections, working hours and absences) is part of your responsibilities, as is entering, maintaining and managing employee master data in SAP HCM
- You prepare and document HR-related reports and analyses
- You are our expert in advising and supporting on special topics such as company pension schemes
- You have the option to perform your future duties either full-time or part-time (min. 30 hours/week)
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training as a certified HR specialist (Personalfachkauffrau) (all genders), personnel services clerk (Personaldienstleistungskauffrau) (all genders), or a commercial apprenticeship with a focus on HR
- You have already gained experience in preparatory payroll processing and are familiar with general HR administration
- You bring solid knowledge of tax and social security law
- You are proficient in MS Office and have good knowledge of SAP HCM
- You demonstrate service orientation, strong interpersonal skills, and team and communication abilities
- Your careful, independent and structured working style completes your profile
