About the role
- Strategic business development: expanding market share for our CORBOX portfolio, including opening up new industries and target markets
- Consulting and solution development: analyzing customer needs and developing tailored IT service offerings in close collaboration with technical teams
- Negotiation & contract closing: managing the entire sales cycle — from first contact to successful contract conclusion
- Key account management: building long-term, trust-based relationships with decision-makers at C-level (CIO, CTO, Head of IT)
- Market monitoring: analyzing trends, competitors and customer requirements to develop innovative approaches to business development
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in business development or sales of IT services, preferably in managed services, cloud or IT outsourcing
- Proven success in selling to mid-market customers (from 200 IT seats) and enterprise customers
- Well-established network of IT decision-makers and a solid understanding of complex IT infrastructures and services
- Strong negotiation and communication skills and a confident presence at C-level
- Strategic thinking, entrepreneurial mindset and high self-motivation
- Willingness to travel within the Rhein-Main area for customer acquisition and support
