About the role
- You will provide 1st and 2nd level field service support for the Northern Bavaria region.
- You will be responsible for performing IMAC tasks (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete).
- You will configure and install PCs and peripherals.
- You will conduct regular service assignments related to client hardware.
- With your expertise, you will support end users by delivering user training and providing ongoing support.
- Maintaining and documenting performed service tasks in the ticketing system is also part of your responsibilities.
Requirements
- Ideally, you have completed vocational training in IT or hold a comparable qualification.
- Career changers are also welcome.
- You have already gained experience in 1st and 2nd level field support.
- You bring knowledge of current Microsoft products as well as standard hardware.
- You maintain a customer-oriented, service-minded approach and are comfortable interacting with client contacts.
- Due to regular service assignments in the specified region, you need a class B driving license and willingness to spend significant time on the road.
- Very good written and spoken German completes your profile.
