About the role

  • You will provide 1st and 2nd level field service support for the Northern Bavaria region.
  • You will be responsible for performing IMAC tasks (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete).
  • You will configure and install PCs and peripherals.
  • You will conduct regular service assignments related to client hardware.
  • With your expertise, you will support end users by delivering user training and providing ongoing support.
  • Maintaining and documenting performed service tasks in the ticketing system is also part of your responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Ideally, you have completed vocational training in IT or hold a comparable qualification.
  • Career changers are also welcome.
  • You have already gained experience in 1st and 2nd level field support.
  • You bring knowledge of current Microsoft products as well as standard hardware.
  • You maintain a customer-oriented, service-minded approach and are comfortable interacting with client contacts.
  • Due to regular service assignments in the specified region, you need a class B driving license and willingness to spend significant time on the road.
  • Very good written and spoken German completes your profile.
