About the role

  • Customer success & advisory: Support and develop our eCommerce and agency clients. You analyze existing setups, identify optimization opportunities, and help integrate DatAds more effectively into their daily processes.
  • Customer support: Conduct regular calls with clients, provide support via Slack, and actively assist with strategic questions related to their creatives and campaigns.
  • Upselling & reactivation: Identify growth opportunities with existing customers and proactively reach out to inactive or former leads via our CRM.
  • Communication & content: Create copy, emails, and short updates for customer engagement, success communication, and to support sales activities.
  • Collaboration & initiative: Work closely with the two founders, Max and Daniel, contribute your own ideas, and continuously improve our internal processes.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in performance ads (e.g., Meta, Google, LinkedIn, or TikTok) — both in hands-on campaign management and strategic planning.
  • Ideally experience at an agency or as a freelancer — you understand the dynamics, responsibility, and self-starter mentality that entails.
  • Hands-on mentality — you roll up your sleeves rather than only analyzing, and find pragmatic solutions.
  • Growth mindset & self-motivation: You want to see results, take ownership, and help build something.
  • Confident, personable customer-facing communication — both written and in video calls.
  • Fluent German and strong English, both written and spoken.
