Requirements
- Proven senior-level Lotus Notes/Domino development expertise
- Solid intermediate–senior .NET development experience
- Hands-on experience with modern DevOps tools, practices, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong knowledge of development frameworks, platform capabilities, and design patterns
- Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, high-quality code focused on usability and performance
- Ability to quickly grasp new requirements and translate them into practical solutions
- Strong troubleshooting skills across configuration, data, and code
- Clear judgement in prioritising development tasks based on business impact
- Experience working in collaborative teams to deliver shared outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and customer relationship skills
- Confident presentation and communication skills, able to simplify technical concepts
- Strong consultative and planning skills with a solution-focused mindset when escalating issues
