About the role

  • Deliver Professional Consulting outcomes following Datascape Implementation Methodology to customers
  • Implement the Datascape ERP solution for Local Government market customers
  • Engage in large scale multi month implementations through to small one day engagements
  • Problem solve, investigate and resolve implementation issues as required
  • Provide feedback on customer use of the software or areas of improvement to the Development team

Requirements

  • Council experience would be looked upon favourably, particularly in Rates processing or Building and Planning functions
  • System administration or hands on configuration experience
  • Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into functional requirements and solution delivery
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction, quality improvements and outcomes
  • Exceptional corporate presentation skills and strong people engagement ability
  • Excellent time management, prioritisation, negotiation and organisation skills
  • A teamwork approach, always willing to share your knowledge to benefit others
  • Previous ERP vendor experience would be advantageous
