About the role

  • Define the architectural roadmap for our AI initiatives, focusing on scalability through Micro Frontends
  • Act as the subject-matter expert for React and C#/.NET, setting the gold standard for code quality and UI performance
  • Oversee the technical delivery of AI-powered features, ensuring they are integrated seamlessly into our existing ecosystem
  • Bridge the gap between product vision and technical execution, communicating complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Build a high-performing software development culture through technical coaching, architectural reviews, and talent development

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with React and modern state management
  • Proven experience with Micro Frontends (MFE) is highly desirable
  • Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core (or .NET 6/7/8), including Web API and Entity Framework
  • Experience with SQL Server and designing efficient schemas for data-heavy applications
  • Familiarity with Azure or AWS and a solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines
  • A natural ability to mentor junior developers and advocate for clean code and UI best practices
