- Handle in-depth technical queries and seek solutions across teams
- Contribute to and improve existing knowledge base
- Provide in-depth technical support via telephone or email
- Problem solving and troubleshooting to achieve best resolutions
- Privileged access administration and project support
- Liaise with internal and 3rd party resolver teams and coordinate outcomes
- Support team during major outages and mentor colleagues

- Excellent communication and written skills
