About the role

  • Lead multiple clients as the main technical voice for Databricks.
  • Define and direct the technical strategy for our largest accounts, leading to adoption of Databricks.
  • Implement the technical strategy in the account, in close understanding of the strategy.
  • Build a movement of technical champions within the account.
  • Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions.
  • Provide mentorship for other team members.
  • Gain the respect of your peers based on your experience, insight, and contributions.
  • Proficient in big data, data science and cloud.
  • Experienced in data-driven business transformation and driving change with data.

Requirements

  • Proficiency at establishing virtual teams within large accounts.
  • Experience working with very large (> $1m ARR) global accounts.
  • Form relationships with executives and influencers.
  • Present a convincing point-of-view to important decision-makers.
  • Technical in big data, data science and cloud.
  • Ability in data-driven business transformation and driving change with data.
  • Programming experience in Python, SQL or Scala.
  • Can travel up to 35% when needed.
  • Bachelor Degree in computer science or related field.
