About the role
- Lead multiple clients as the main technical voice for Databricks.
- Define and direct the technical strategy for our largest accounts, leading to adoption of Databricks.
- Implement the technical strategy in the account, in close understanding of the strategy.
- Build a movement of technical champions within the account.
- Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions.
- Provide mentorship for other team members.
- Gain the respect of your peers based on your experience, insight, and contributions.
- Proficient in big data, data science and cloud.
- Experienced in data-driven business transformation and driving change with data.
Requirements
- Proficiency at establishing virtual teams within large accounts.
- Experience working with very large (> $1m ARR) global accounts.
- Form relationships with executives and influencers.
- Present a convincing point-of-view to important decision-makers.
- Technical in big data, data science and cloud.
- Ability in data-driven business transformation and driving change with data.
- Programming experience in Python, SQL or Scala.
- Can travel up to 35% when needed.
- Bachelor Degree in computer science or related field.
