About the role
- Review and negotiate commercial customer agreements
- Provide legal support for revenue-generating activities

Requirements
- Minimum of four (4) years of technology transactions experience either at a law firm and/or in-house Attorney role.
- Relevant commercial transactional experience working for and/or supporting cloud-based software companies.
- Demonstrated experience drafting, negotiating, and closing complex software sell-side transactions.
- Proven ability to successfully navigate and counsel on complex legal issues while balancing and/or mitigating material risk.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- JD and good standing to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
