About the role
- Own end-to-end recruitment for tech, data, and business roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team needs
- Improve hiring processes, employer branding, and candidate experience
- Support performance management and feedback processes
- Partner with leaders/Supervisors to support career paths and capability development
- Promote company culture, engagement, and internal communication
- Lead and support HR-related projects (process improvement, systems)
- Support HR initiatives that scale with company growth
- Oversee basic office operations and employee experience support
Requirements
- Experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations (Startup/Tech is a plus)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-changing environment
- Passion for people, culture, and building scalable HR practices
