About the role
- Manage client communication with a focus on results-driven digital marketing strategies (SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Lead regular client meetings/interactions to review campaign progress and identify new opportunities
- Educate clients on marketing best practices and platform features to enhance their campaigns
- Respond promptly and professionally to client queries via chat, email, or call
- Identify client goals and deliver customized strategies aligned with their business objectives
- Drive client retention and satisfaction by identifying upsell opportunities
- Negotiate agreements and maintain detailed records of sales and communications
- Create business plans to meet predetermined goals and performance quota
- Become a subject matter expert on the company’s platform and solutions
- Showcase the product to prospects and conduct discovery to understand their needs
- Maintain awareness of evolving software features and updates to guide clients effectively
- Support clients in maximizing the use and value of platform features
- Collaborate closely with internal marketing, product, and creative teams to deliver exceptional service
- Update internal stakeholders on customer insights, feedback, and any ongoing technical concerns
- Follow up with clients to ensure all technical issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Analyze and report product malfunctions for resolution and process refinement.
- Independently manage tasks using the company’s project management tools
Requirements
- 5+ years of strong background in digital marketing with deep expertise in SEO, Meta Ads, and Google Ads ideally within a marketing agency in a client facing role
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proficiency with marketing tools, CRMs, and project management software
- Strong organizational, people, time management, and multitasking skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Must have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Strategic thinker with a solid business acumen and a results-driven approach
- Strong understanding of market research, sales, and negotiation principles
- Enthusiastic and passionate about marketing, eager to stay updated on trends and contribute to team and client growth.
