About the role

  • Build and manage lead scoring models based on buyer intent signals.
  • Own the HubSpot technical setup, including custom objects, advanced workflows, and permissions.
  • Build and optimize automated enrichment pipelines (firmographic and technographic data).

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Marketing or Revenue Operations at a B2B SaaS company, with a strong focus on systems.
  • Deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot and understand how to build scalable processes within the platform.
  • Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
  • Track record of managing deduplication, standardization, and GDPR compliance.
  • Understand the nuances of lead routing and the 'lead-to-close' engine, and you know how to build for scale.
