About the role

  • The professional will work in support and maintenance of the networking and telecommunications environment, supporting the area's operational routines and contributing to the stability of IT services.
  • The position involves constant interaction with internal teams, vendors and carriers, making it ideal for early-career professionals seeking technical development and growth in infrastructure.
  • Perform escalations with carriers and vendors, following up on technical requests;
  • Assist in preparing materials for presentations;
  • Participate in meetings and support the management and monitoring of IT vendors;
  • Maintain inventory control of network and telecommunications equipment;
  • Perform primary analyses on firewalls, switches and Wi‑Fi networks;
  • Monitor alarms and performance indicators using tools such as Zabbix and Grafana.

Requirements

  • ✅ Required:
  • Education: Degree in IT or related fields (completed or in progress)
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of ITSM and operational support routines
  • Knowledge of IP networks
  • Understanding of the operation of firewalls, switches and Wi‑Fi networks
  • ⭐ Preferred:
  • Previous experience (internship or junior role) in IT operations or support
  • Exposure to monitoring tools such as Zabbix and/or Grafana
  • Experience in relationships with vendors or telecom operators
  • Courses or certifications in IT, Networks or Telecom (e.g., CCNA, ITIL Foundation, or similar)
  • Basic knowledge of IT asset control or inventory management
