About the role

  • Helping to secure client multi-cloud environments using Cyber AI
  • Sharing your passion and deep knowledge of cloud provider suites in this client facing role at the cutting edge of cyber security solutions
  • Partnering with account and leadership teams to develop cloud-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives
  • Supporting customers through demos and Proof of Value
  • Identifying new opportunities for upsells in cloud by developing strong technical relationships with customers and channel partners
  • Sharing your insights via technology reviews and product findings
  • Supporting the account team in designing deployment plans and architectures for customers
  • Aligning with key Darktrace partners to drive Cloud products

Requirements

  • Strong track record of experience as a software sales engineer or technical account manager role with expertise in at least one cloud service provider platforms
  • Relevant certifications to support this experience
  • Strong knowledge of both on-premise and cloud networking
  • Strong customer facing pre-sales experience
  • Knowledge of CNAPP/CSPM/CDR/CIDR and related Cloud Security technologies
  • Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, GCP and Kubernetes technologies
  • Experience understanding and/or being involved in Forensic investigations including using tools to collect assets and the creation of Forensic reports
  • Experience of supporting consultative selling through technical expertise.
  • Strong and polished communication skills
  • The ability to build lasting business relationships
  • A collaborative approach, able to guide where needed to ensure team success.
