About the role
- Lead full-cycle recruiting with a focus on creative roles (designers, editors, etc.).
- Partner with hiring managers to build job descriptions, briefs, and hiring plans.
- Source globally via social media, job boards, referrals, and headhunting.
- Ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience from first touch to offer.
- Manage our ATS (Ashby) and HR platform for accurate tracking and onboarding.
- Support diversity initiatives and share recruiting insights to improve outcomes.
- Fully remote role supporting a team in the EST time zone; open to candidates based in Portugal and Spain.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ recruiting experience, preferably with creative roles (design experience a plus).
- Track record hiring across departments (Creative, Growth, Ops, Sales).
- Familiarity with digital marketing or agency settings.
- Experience with ATS/HR tools (Ashby preferred; Deel, Rippling, Notion a plus).
- Strong English communication, organisational skills, and process-driven mindset.
- Comfortable working 9am-5pm EST with U.S.-based clients and senior stakeholders.
- Passionate about creative hiring, detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong brand ambassador who creates a positive candidate journey.
