About the role
- Support the definition and execution of the strategy for technology, commercial, and strategic alliances and partnerships.
- Structure and manage partnership models (strategic, referral, co-sell, among others).
- Act as the focal point for key partners, ensuring relationship management, alignment, and execution.
- Develop joint business plans (Business Plans / JBPs) with strategic partners.
- Create joint offerings, bundles, and integrated proposals with support from product and commercial teams.
- Support go-to-market activities, marketing, events, and campaigns with partners.
- Define and monitor alliance KPIs (pipeline, revenue, margin, engagement).
- Establish governance rituals, QBRs, and follow-up processes to avoid overlap and conflicts between partners.
Requirements
- Experience in alliances, partnerships, business development, or related areas.
- Experience with the technology and cloud ecosystem.
- Strong negotiation skills, relationship-building, and executive stakeholder management.
- Strategic mindset with strong execution and results orientation.
- Clear communication, executive presence, and autonomy.
- Advanced English and intermediate/advanced Spanish.
- Experience with vendors, distributors, and hyperscalers.
- Knowledge of co-sell models, incentives, and partner programs.
