About the role
- Ensure the technical quality of deliverables and adherence to best practices and standards.
- Serve as the technical reference for the team, supporting decision-making and resolving complex problems.
- Provide technical direction to the team and support their continuous development.
- Understand client needs and translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Support technical meetings, critical incidents, and incident war rooms.
- Ensure delivery of requests according to SLAs, SLOs, and agreed priorities.
- Contribute to organizing, prioritizing, and tracking the technical backlog.
- Propose improvements, automations, and evolution of environments.
- Ensure technical documentation and operational governance.
- Collaborate with the BU Manager, SDM, and other areas.
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Tech Lead, Technical Lead, or technical reference within technology teams.
- Strong experience with 24x7 continuous operations.
- Knowledge of AWS environments / Well-Architected best practices and core AWS services.
- Experience with incident, problem, and change management (GMUD).
- Experience with SLA/SLO compliance and management.
- Ability to assess, direct, and validate technical solutions.
- Experience providing technical support to clients and participating in technical meetings.
- Ability to act as a bridge between the technical team, operations, and the client.
- Clear and structured communication to technical and non-technical audiences.
