About the role

  • Ensure the technical quality of deliverables and adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Serve as the technical reference for the team, supporting decision-making and resolving complex problems.
  • Provide technical direction to the team and support their continuous development.
  • Understand client needs and translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Support technical meetings, critical incidents, and incident war rooms.
  • Ensure delivery of requests according to SLAs, SLOs, and agreed priorities.
  • Contribute to organizing, prioritizing, and tracking the technical backlog.
  • Propose improvements, automations, and evolution of environments.
  • Ensure technical documentation and operational governance.
  • Collaborate with the BU Manager, SDM, and other areas.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working as a Tech Lead, Technical Lead, or technical reference within technology teams.
  • Strong experience with 24x7 continuous operations.
  • Knowledge of AWS environments / Well-Architected best practices and core AWS services.
  • Experience with incident, problem, and change management (GMUD).
  • Experience with SLA/SLO compliance and management.
  • Ability to assess, direct, and validate technical solutions.
  • Experience providing technical support to clients and participating in technical meetings.
  • Ability to act as a bridge between the technical team, operations, and the client.
  • Clear and structured communication to technical and non-technical audiences.
