Interfacing with customers via phone and email to answer questions, resolve issues, proactively communicate schedule or stock changes, and manage inbound scheduling requests
Report, investigate and resolve customer requests and complaints via Salesforce ensuring accuracy and timely escalation
Maintain and update filing, inventory and database systems (manual and computer processes)
Work closely with production and transport teams to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
Create customer manifests and print/distribute process documents for daily production
Ensure stock inventory in conjunction with Plant Manager
Print waste transfer documentation for transport from transfer facility to treatment facility
Support routing and rerouting of trucks on a daily/weekly basis
Liaise with billing, sales and logistics on account changes
Generate reports for the leadership team as needed
Continuously identify opportunities to improve administrative processes

2+ years of administrative and customer service experience within retail or hospitality or corporate will be considered
Intermediate to Advanced with computer systems (Microsoft office suite, etc.)
Salesforce experience would go a long way!
Good communication skills both written and verbal with record-keeping discipline
Ability to work occasional weekends, holidays or flex hours as needed by production demands
Proven experience in improving processes and procedures
