💰 $75,000 - $100,000 per year
About the role
- Provide high level administrative, clerical, and legal support for a large global law firm
- Maintain legal files (paper & electronic), organize and file documents, and process legal correspondence
- Process time entry, open new matters, draft engagement letters, audit responses, and review billing invoices
- Make travel arrangements and process reimbursement expenses
- Maintain attorneys' calendars, manage phone lines, field calls and convey messages
- Communicate with clients and agencies and manage document deliveries and final executed documentation
- Update information and upload documents into an immigration case management system
- Assist with overflow work and perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in an Immigration law practice strongly preferred
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Experience with document management and other office technologies
- Previous experience with INSZoom is a plus
- Exceptional computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications quickly
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines
