Full responsibility for sales performance and growth within heavy industry business sectors (Mining, Minerals, Metals, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Pulp and Paper)
Mine new opportunities and develop win plans for pipeline
Lead sales activities and develop new business opportunities within the industry sectors
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, industry stakeholders (End Users, OEM, SI, EPC), and partners
Work closely with regional heavy industry team to deliver solutions to clients
Drive strategic initiatives, achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on Danfoss Drives' solutions
Requirements
Polytechnic or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Automation, or Mechatronics Engineering
Strong background and experience in industries such as Mining, Minerals, Metals, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Pulp and Paper
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a front-end sales role
Experience in Channel Partner Development within Industry Segment
Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (plus)
Ability to communicate in Chinese (plus)
Must be self-driven with a hunter mindset; aggressive, self-motivated, and hungry for success
