About the role

  • Full responsibility for sales performance and growth within heavy industry business sectors (Mining, Minerals, Metals, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Pulp and Paper)
  • Mine new opportunities and develop win plans for pipeline
  • Lead sales activities and develop new business opportunities within the industry sectors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, industry stakeholders (End Users, OEM, SI, EPC), and partners
  • Work closely with regional heavy industry team to deliver solutions to clients
  • Drive strategic initiatives, achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on Danfoss Drives' solutions

Requirements

  • Polytechnic or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Automation, or Mechatronics Engineering
  • Strong background and experience in industries such as Mining, Minerals, Metals, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Pulp and Paper
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a front-end sales role
  • Experience in Channel Partner Development within Industry Segment
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (plus)
  • Ability to communicate in Chinese (plus)
  • Must be self-driven with a hunter mindset; aggressive, self-motivated, and hungry for success
