About the role
- Lead cross-functional projects to identify and implement Indirect Cost optimization potentials across factories in the Americas (mainly USA and Mexico)
- Secure buy-in from stakeholders, analyze data, define scope, and assemble project teams
- Prepare business cases and create tactical implementation plans (TIP)
- Drive Performance Management (PMS) to ensure timely execution and report to Management
- Provide corrective actions when needed and promote sustainable change and productivity-driven mindset
- Partner with manufacturing and supply chain leaders to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost across the value chain
- Collaborate closely with Procurement, Freight Management, Logistics departments, and Suppliers
- Search and share best practices and enroll Danfoss standards proactively
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement and/or Continuous Improvement in a performance-driven organization or consulting
- Previous manufacturing experince within a large or medium-sized organization
- Track record of hands-on experience in implementing change management projects resulting in lower cost
- Strong inspirational stills
