Lead cross-functional projects to identify and implement Indirect Cost optimization potentials across factories in the Americas (mainly USA and Mexico)
Secure buy-in from stakeholders, analyze data, define scope, and assemble project teams
Prepare business cases and create tactical implementation plans (TIP)
Drive Performance Management (PMS) to ensure timely execution and report to Management
Provide corrective actions when needed and promote sustainable change and productivity-driven mindset
Partner with manufacturing and supply chain leaders to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost across the value chain
Collaborate closely with Procurement, Freight Management, Logistics departments, and Suppliers
Search and share best practices and enroll Danfoss standards proactively
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement and/or Continuous Improvement in a performance-driven organization or consulting
Previous manufacturing experince within a large or medium-sized organization
Track record of hands-on experience in implementing change management projects resulting in lower cost
