• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned national accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with claims leadership, program managers, and key operational stakeholders

Senior Software Engineer

Controller

• The Controller will be responsible for managing personnel in the accounting department and performing an array of accounting services including data review, data entry, reconciliation and transaction processing, and numerous other tasks and projects.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Provide financial information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Interpret and apply accounting policies and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Oversee timely month-end financial close process. Identify trends, potential cost savings, and opportunities for financial improvements.
• Summarize current financial status by assisting with analysis of general ledger accounts.
• Submission of financial statements in a timely manner. Working with operational staff to review P&L and other financial statements to improve profitability of departments.

Recruitment

• Maintain and expand Dane Street’s physician panel.
• Negotiate physician fees within pre-established guidelines.
• Onboard new physicians based on client demand.
• Ensure that all open service requests (OSRs) are resolved promptly.
• Understand client fee schedules and turnaround time (TAT) requirements.
• Conduct outreach for refunds or recoupments; collaborate with Finance and Legal when collections are required.
• Maintain existing physician records, including fee updates, W9 and remittance changes, profile instructions, doctor groups, and deactivations/reactivations.
• Research and source new panel options as needed.
• Negotiate rates and contract terms per company guidelines.
• Collect necessary documentation (agreements, CVs, applications, W9s, NPDB reports).
• Coordinate with the Director of Operations to finalize fees.
• Lead contract renegotiations for existing physicians (agreements, pricing changes, special initiatives).
• Handle complex client requests, especially those involving niche specialties or urgent network gaps.
• Assist physician reviewers with technical issues or case-specific inquiries.
• Fulfill high-priority OSRs by recruiting appropriate specialists and providing daily updates on progress.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure network alignment with business needs.
• Support other projects and tasks as assigned by leadership.
• Stay current on industry trends and compliance requirements.

Physician Recruiter

Payroll

• Responsible for administering payroll and employee benefits programs while supporting HR reporting, audits, workforce analytics, and operational reporting initiatives.
• Ensures accurate payroll processing, benefits administration, data integrity, compliance, and reporting across multiple HR systems.
• Supports leadership through reporting and analysis related to workforce trends, productivity metrics, financial reporting, audits, turnover, and operational insights.
• Plays a key part in supporting scalable HR operations, system integrations, process improvements, and organizational initiatives.
• Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and timely for a multi-state workforce.
• Audit payroll data, including timecards, deductions, bonuses, PTO, leave balances, and employee status changes.
