About the role
- Build and execute a comprehensive market entry strategy for Dandy Mexico
- Develop and maintain initial customer base
- Develop and manage the Mexican business plan, including budget, revenue targets, and operational KPIs
- Create and implement localized marketing and sales strategies
- Report on market performance and opportunities to global leadership
- Establish key business relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders in the Mexican market
- Represent the company to Mexican government officials, industry associations, and business networks
- Ensure compliance with all Mexican federal and provincial regulations - in partnership with Legal
- Ad hoc responsibilities as needed to stand up Dandy Mexico
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive management experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously
- Resilient and adaptable in navigating ambiguity and change
- Results-oriented with high accountability
- Proven track record of successfully launching or scaling operations
- Deep understanding of Dandy’s business and operations end-to-end
- Understanding of the Mexican business environment, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Experience in business development, sales leadership, and P&L management
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English required
