About the role
- Own end-to-end lead management, ensuring accurate lead lifecycle tracking and efficient marketing to sales lead hand-off.
- Manage and optimize Marketo programs and connected marketing systems to maintain data hygiene, data quality, and operational efficiency.
- Lead international campaign operations to ensure data governance, compliance, and system alignment as we scale into new geos.
- Partner with channel managers (paid media, events, email, website, etc) on campaign execution through processes and systems.
- Enforce best practices for database management and segmentation.
- Support lead scoring model maintenance and iterations that deliver high quality, high intent leads to sales.
Requirements
- 4+ years in a Marketing Operations or similar role
- Proven hands-on experience and deep expertise with Marketo for campaign execution, system administration, and platform management.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in B2B high growth tech company
- Marketo certification (Bonus)
- Outstanding professional references to share (Bonus)
- Experience with high-volume SMB B2B marketing motions (Bonus)
