About the role
- Serve as the first point of contact for a broad range of dental practice prospects.
- Generate new business through outbound channels, including email, phone, and creative outreach tactics.
- Track sales activity using Salesforce and other tools, and continuously refine your processes.
- Present the Dandy value proposition, handle objections, and advance prospects through the sales funnel.
- Work closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless client handoffs.
- Contribute ideas to build the FR BDR function from the ground up — your feedback will shape our processes, tools, and strategy.
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of professional sales experience in a high-growth environment
- Experience with cold calling (experience targeting SMBs is a strong plus)
- Commitment to continuous improvement and eagerness to learn new sales concepts through rigorous training
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and ramp up quickly
- Experience with standard sales tools and a willingness to evaluate and implement new tools to streamline the sales process
- Demonstrated track record of professional and academic success
