About the role

  • Be the voice of the customer: Spend time with GPs, understand their workflows, pain points, and aspirations around Sleep Apnea and Clear Aligners.
  • Shape the market: Build positioning and messaging that makes Dandy’s offerings the obvious choice for practices.
  • Launch big things: Drive go-to-market strategy for new innovations we release for these products, and make Dandy synonymous with innovation.
  • Drive team success: Partner with enablement to build high-impact training that empowers sales, account management, and CX teams to win Sleep Apnea and Clear Aligner cases and support practices.
  • Iterate fast: Track adoption and feedback, experiment with new approaches, and move quickly to capture opportunities.
  • Be an owner: Make strategic decisions, take initiative, and push projects forward even if the process isn’t spelled out.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in marketing, brand, and/or product marketing
  • Experience launching and scaling products — ideally in startup, high-growth environments, or agencies
  • Strong, creative storyteller – can turn nuanced information into compelling, punchy messaging and positioning that converts from top to bottom of funnel
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: scrappy, resourceful, thrives in ambiguity, and biased toward action
  • Comfortable influencing and collaborating across product, ops, sales, and marketing
