💰 $185,000 - $215,000 per year

About the role

  • Lead programs and incentive plan design for STI and LTI elements
  • Conduct analysis related to merit, bonus and equity for our executive population
  • Interact and present to high-level executives
  • Prepare materials for the Board of Directors’ Compensation Committee meetings and annual proxy statements
  • Manage internal and external partners and vendor relationships
  • Maintain executive salary structures
  • Advise on executive promotions, new hire offers and leveling

Requirements

  • BA or BS from an accredited university in finance, business administration, HR, economics, or related field
  • At least 5+ years of executive compensation experience in a publicly traded company or in a consulting role supporting public company clients
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data, assess trends, and interpret compensation metrics and survey data
  • Solid understanding of financial statements, markets, compensation structures, and regulatory environment, including SEC reporting requirements related to executive compensation
  • Experience with HRIS (WorkDay a plus) and expert level of analytical and presentation tools (MS Office Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to travel – Approximately once a quarter to attend conferences, company events or training
