About the role
- Take responsibility for Cytiva's eCommerce business SOP & execution.
- Own Cytiva's eCommerce operations, including product management, price maintenance and adjustments, platforms content and processes management.
- Lead cross-team collaborations and projects to ensure high-quality operations and continuous optimization.
- Manage customer profile data, develop a data analysis framework to ensure business data is well-organized, providing insights to guide business efficiency and optimization.
- Foster strong cross-team collaboration to enhance customer experience in the eCommerce platform business.
- Direct web platform management execution: Understand web functions, including platform infrastructure and capabilities.
- Optimize and design new web functions based on business requirements.
- Build strong collaborations with different third-party eCommerce platforms to represent Cytiva effectively.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in digital and eCommerce, sales & marketing, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 3 years of working experience in B2B eCommerce industries. Experience in a Life Science company is strongly preferred.
- E-commerce Expertise: Solid working experience in eCommerce, data management, and eCommerce platform operation management.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
