About the role
- Serve as the primary operational bridge between the Business Unit and the centralized Service Organization
- Ensure the BU’s priorities are clearly represented, service performance is transparent, and customer experience is consistently delivered
- Lead cross-functional implementation efforts and drive service readiness for new products
- Maintain alignment across R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and shared service teams
- Work with Microbiology GPTS management to define, negotiate, and monitor service expectations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, or scientific field; advanced degree preferred
- Prefer 5+ years of experience in service operations, project management, applications/technical support, or a related function
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting field service organizations, call centers, or technical support groups strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success working within a complex organization or global cross-functional environment
