Directing all phases of their program(s) within Clinical Chemistry & Immunoassay product lines
Drive high-impact, business-critical programs utilizing Danaher Business System (DBS) tools and methodologies
Lead, mentor and develop high-performing teams
Foster robust cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders across various functional groups
Make or facilitate project trade-off decisions within the boundaries of the approved project contract
Strategize with Business Unit management to define, support, and implement functional infrastructure

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Engineering, Medical device business management or related field
9+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 7+ years, or Doctoral degree with 4+ years
MBA is a significant plus
5+ years of related work experience in scientific or engineering management preferred
Minimum of 1+ years in program or project management
Strong motivational leadership skills
Ability to influence others without direct authority
ISO and FDA regulated environment experience is recommended
Ability to travel (domestic and internationally) up to 20% of the time
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar certification preferred
Scrum Master/Product Owner certification or similar certification preferred
Experience with Clinical Chemistry and/or Immunoassay diagnostic products
