About the role

  • Prepare highly complex, customized commercial contracts in coordination with field sales
  • Advise sales on handling objections and exploring alternative contract structures
  • Translate process improvements into business terms for enhanced profitability
  • Lead collaboration with stakeholders for viable solutions supporting deal closures
  • Champion process efficiency and update contract policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Service, Marketing, and IT on contract matters

Requirements

  • High School diploma with 6+ years’ experience or Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years’ experience reading, drafting, and redlining commercial contracts
  • At least 1 year of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Service, Contracting, Quoting, or Pricing role
  • At least 1 year of experience partnering with Sales and Negotiation in a Diagnostics / Life Sciences or similar industry
  • At least 1 year of experience influencing team members to achieve a common goal and working cross-functionally in a complex set of stakeholders
  • Ability to identify and mitigate financial risk in alignment with company strategy
