About the role

  • Developing and executing demand generation campaigns and commercial strategy to support the growth of the CE hardware and consumables business in the Americas
  • Acting as a business owner, analyzing key performance indicators, integrating them with broader market knowledge, and arriving at impactful conclusions
  • Supporting the Americas CE sales team by aligning market development activities with regional sales objectives
  • Translating market insights into actionable commercial direction, enabling funnel health through proactive collaboration
  • Equipping the sales organization with strategic messaging, competitive intelligence, and customer-driven value propositions

Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant scientific (e.g. Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Science) or business (e.g. Marketing) field or equivalent work experience in relevant markets
  • 9+ years working in one or more relevant markets in a sales, marketing, product management, technical or scientific role
  • Experience managing projects from inception to completion, achieving landmarks through strong leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrable experience translating strategic direction into commercial action using data-driven approaches
  • Ability to travel and be customer facing 40% of the time within Canada, United States and Latin America
