About the role
- Developing and executing demand generation campaigns and commercial strategy to support the growth of the CE hardware and consumables business in the Americas
- Acting as a business owner, analyzing key performance indicators, integrating them with broader market knowledge, and arriving at impactful conclusions
- Supporting the Americas CE sales team by aligning market development activities with regional sales objectives
- Translating market insights into actionable commercial direction, enabling funnel health through proactive collaboration
- Equipping the sales organization with strategic messaging, competitive intelligence, and customer-driven value propositions
Requirements
- University degree in a relevant scientific (e.g. Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Science) or business (e.g. Marketing) field or equivalent work experience in relevant markets
- 9+ years working in one or more relevant markets in a sales, marketing, product management, technical or scientific role
- Experience managing projects from inception to completion, achieving landmarks through strong leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrable experience translating strategic direction into commercial action using data-driven approaches
- Ability to travel and be customer facing 40% of the time within Canada, United States and Latin America
