About the role

  • Identifies opportunities in new markets and emerging areas, driving growth across different product lines, being responsible for whole sales process.
  • Possesses in-depth product and market knowledge, enabling the development of product line strategies within the division.
  • Oversee planning processes that establish short, medium and long-term goals, as well as priorities, strategies, and programs to achieve those objectives; ensure key success factors and strategic considerations are addressed.
  • Provides appropriate technical, scientific, and marketing support to various local and regional distribution channels (BCLA) to meet sales targets set at the management level.
  • Ensure results within a plan that guides business sales and marketing activities.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in sales, with solid understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Proven track record in value-based selling, including effective objection handling and solution-oriented negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience working with corporate tools and systems, including ERP platforms, corporate processes, and executive-level reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of the key stakeholders and decision-makers within the Private Mexican healthcare and diagnostics market.
  • Intermediate level of English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a business and technical context.
