About the role

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of assigned customers within South Moravia and additional regions as needed
  • Build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with key clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers in the assigned territory
  • Proactively identify customer needs and propose appropriate business solutions
  • Develop new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
  • Prepare commercial offers, pricing proposals and contractual documentation
  • Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets, KPIs, and revenue objectives
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape and customer behavior
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Application Support, Service, Customer Support)
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage customer requests, escalations and complaints
  • Provide regular reporting and sales forecasts to management

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Clinical Chemistry, Biomedicine, Clinical Laboratory Sciences or Medical Technology
  • Multiple years of experience in customer-facing commercial roles within clinical diagnostics or laboratory environments
  • A self-motivated individual who has an enthusiastic approach to customer service and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Very good command of spoken and written English
  • Ability to travel extensively (approx. 85%) across South Moravia and the Czech Republic
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
