About the role
- Technical support for customers across the greater Göttingen/Kassel region
- Maintenance work, repairs and system installations
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Perform tests and routine procedures
- Contribute to installation projects and internal initiatives
Requirements
- Degree from a technical school or university in Media Technology, Mechatronics, Precision Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Medical Technology or a related field
- Several years of practical experience in a comparable field service role with a strong customer-service orientation
- Familiarity with IT topics and interest in networks, servers, interfaces, etc.
- Proficient in electronics, mechanics, pneumatics, EDP interfaces and measurement technology
- Good English skills and fluent German
