About the role

  • Contact customers at expiration of the warranty period to transition them to service maintenance agreements
  • Drive process improvements in service contract business
  • Provide customers with necessary information for service agreement transactions
  • Direct sales of contracts, including pricing and proposals
  • Work closely with Service Management to identify opportunities and add service agreements
  • Achieve quotas and targets in a matrix structure

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or relevant experience
  • Experience in a business to business sale environment or related field (e.g. life science, biomedical)
  • Prior telemarketing/inside sales and customer service experience is a plus
  • Fluent in German and English, other European languages are a plus
  • Strong PC skills, Microsoft Office skills - specifically Microsoft Excel
  • Sales ability
