About the role
- Design, implement, and manage health and welfare benefit programs
- Lead program updates through change management
- Ensure programs remain competitive and compliant
- Guide and improve absence management programs
- Drive cost-containment and data-driven decision-making
- Lead M&A integration efforts
- Coach and develop benefits team members
- Identify opportunities to expand and harmonize benefits globally
- Champion benefit plan engagement
- Manage and scale global wellbeing offerings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Requirements
- 7+ years in benefit design/delivery
- Global project and program implementation experience preferred
- BA/BS in related field preferred
- Strong Project Management acumen
- Experience in professional services/consulting preferred
- Ability to connect with multiple stakeholders
- Experience developing/delivering technology solutions
- Workday or Data Warehouse experience a plus
- Experience with Short- and Long-Term Disability programs
