About the role
- Grow sales for diagnostics product portfolios in designated territory
- Develop strategic plans and account plans
- Achieve quarterly and yearly operating plans
- Pro-actively search for new business opportunities
- Lead pricing negotiations and support complex deal developments
- Work closely with customers' R&D departments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in the Life Sciences field (ideally a master’s or Ph.D.)
- 5 years of commercial experience in the Life Sciences industry
- Experience with magnetic beads, lateral flow, membrane-based applications, or Next Generation Sequencing
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Good analytical skills with sales tools like Salesforce.com
- Self-motivated, team player, and excellent communication skills
- Ability to coordinate and lead teams.
